Tinashe’s mantra: “Strength for today, hope for tomorrow.”
Tinashe Bvundura
Support Coordinator | Shared Support Facilitator
With over seven years of experience across the NDIS, child protection, and youth justice sectors, Tinashe brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex systems and supporting people through some of life’s most challenging circumstances.
With a career journey spanning child protection case management and leadership roles, Tinashe naturally gravitated towards support coordination. In this role, he has worked closely with families, frontline staff, and senior executives, advocating for safe, practical solutions that genuinely improve lives.
Tinashe is committed to rolling up his sleeves and creating real change for his participants. Whether helping children remain safely at home with their families, guiding participants to access the AT equipment they need for independence, or building confidence to step into a new community group, he is motivated by those moments when people not only use their NDIS plan but also achieve their goals.
Professionally, Tinashe thrives on seeing growth unfold, whether that be participants finding their voice in a team meeting, families gaining stability after years of hardship, or individuals stepping into opportunities once thought out of reach. He values humour, connection, and resilience, believing in the strength of people who keep showing up even when life is tough.
Calm under pressure and skilled at breaking down complex processes, Tinashe is recognised for his clear communication, natural problem-solving abilities, and willingness to address tough subjects when necessary. He brings people together, ensures everyone is on the same page, and keeps solutions grounded.
Tinashe values the small moments as deeply as the major milestones, such as seeing a young person rebuild family connections, gain stability, and flourish in new surroundings. Some of his greatest achievements include supporting a client through an alcohol and drug program that transformed their life and helping a family secure a NDIS plan that eased years of stress and created new opportunities.
In his role as Support Coordinator and Shared Support Facilitator, Tinashe is committed to walking alongside participants, families, and communities with respect, persistence, and the belief that positive change is possible.
