ABOUT US
WHO ARE INCITE COLLECTIVE?
Collaborative
No one is made to live life alone, and that applies to the job we perform as well. We know that two brains are better than one, and if we can get more, even better!
We are a small team and work well as a team because we know each other's strengths, and areas of expertise. We want to ensure we are delivering the best possible solutions to the needs of our participants, and sometimes this means working together to get the outcomes you're looking for. We have also been around the sector for a while, and know where to find good supports when they're needed. In other words, we've done the hard yards so you don't have to!
We are a collective of level 2 and 3 support coordinators and social workers delivering services across SEQ. It is our job to help you make sense of your NDIS plan, get connected with services, and optimise the supports you receive out of your funding.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service based on the following foundational principles:
Independent
When we say independent, we mean independent. We are a small group of support coordinators employed by our participants, not a company. This means we don't have any competing corporate interests; which sometimes may be at odds with what's best for you. We communicate with you, we problem solve with you, and we get results for you. It's this simplicity that makes our support so flexible, and tailored to every unique individual.
Innovative
The NDIS is a complicated system, and everyone's lives are complicated too. This is why we firmly believe that there is no such thing as "one size fits all", or that any support needs are "black and white". We recognize the NDIS was set up to provide choice and control for participants, but sometimes it may feel like it doesn't deliver on this promise.
We want to change that.
We operate under the principle of transformative justice. This means we want our participants to be the ones finding their voice and guiding the scheme, not the other way around. We work to have the scheme see the world through your eyes. If there's an unmet support need, we will work together to come up with a solution.
OUR POLICIES
We believe in true transparency and informed consent in all aspects of our practice. You can download all of Incite Collective’s policies here at any point in your journey with us. However, we recommend reviewing them before accessing our services so you can make a fully informed decision.
We’re always open to discussing any concerns you may have regarding information in our policies. Please reach out to us at admin@inciteco.au with any questions or concerns.

Generally, you can access support coordination by utilizing the "support coordination" funding allocated in your plan under Capacity Building. This funding is calculated based on the hourly rate set by the NDIS, and is for a specific amount of hours within the plan period. We are also able to offer services if you don't have this included, but feel like you would benefit from support coordination in your plan. Feel free to reach out to discuss how this would look further.

The funding for support coordination is calculated based on the hourly rate of $100.14. This is what we charge and we work in 15min increments. Further details on how this funding is utilized can be found on our resources page, or you can reach out to discuss this further.

We service participants all across Brisbane, as well as the surrounding areas in South-East Queensland including Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich and Toowoomba. We are also happy to offer telehealth services if meeting in person isn't a priority. You can speak to the team further to find out more.
-
At this stage we are not a registered provider, so we are only able to bill from self-managed and plan-managed support coordination funding. However, if you believe our service is right for you, we can assist in requesting the funding be changed to allow for ongoing engagement. You are welcome to speak with us further on what this process looks like.
