With over 18 years of experience in the community services sector, Ros is a qualified human services practitioner dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families through times of challenge and change. Her career spans diverse roles across child protection, foster and kinship care, therapeutic residential care, and NDIS services. She brings a wealth of expertise in assessment, case management, crisis response, team supervision, and stakeholder collaboration.

Motivated by a deep commitment to creating lasting, positive change, Ros draws on trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to honour lived experience while focusing on sustainable, long-term outcomes. She is particularly passionate about programs that support early intervention, cultural safety, and complex family needs.

Known for her empathy, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure, Ros excels in communication, leadership, and problem-solving. She has led multidisciplinary teams, developed evidence-based programs, and established therapeutic residential care services that meet rigorous accreditation standards.

Outside of her professional work, she is committed to lifelong learning, mentoring emerging practitioners, and contributing to her community with compassion and integrity. For Ros, the most rewarding part of her career is walking alongside individuals and families as they build resilience, access the right supports, and achieve positive, lasting change.
