Meg is a compassionate and approachable Support Coordinator who is passionate about helping people feel empowered, supported, and connected in their everyday lives. With experience across disability support, customer service, administration, and client coordination, she brings a calm, organised, and people-focused approach to every interaction.
Meg has hands-on experience supporting individuals with daily living, community participation, emotional wellbeing, and navigating supports in a way that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. She is known for her warm communication style and her ability to build genuine relationships with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Before transitioning into the disability sector, Meg worked extensively in travel consulting and client services roles, where she developed strong skills in problem-solving, coordination, communication, and delivering high-quality person-centred service. Her ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and professional approach allows her to confidently support participants through complex situations and changing needs.
Meg is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing, further strengthening her knowledge and commitment to holistic care and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping participants access meaningful supports, build confidence, and work toward goals that matter to them.
Her friendly nature, empathy, and adaptability make her a valued support for both participants and their support networks.
