Kristin is the visionary force who brought Incite into being. With over a decade of experience across frontline, leadership, and strategic roles within the community services sector, she is passionate about strengths-based practice and capacity building within individuals, families, and communities.
Combining an extensive understanding of NDIS policies and person-centred support with a deep commitment to social justice in her roles both as a leader of the Incite team and expert support coordinator to her participants, Kristin ensures every aspect of our work is ethical and impactful.
Kristin is passionate about effecting systemic change and transformative justice through community action and ethical leadership. She believes that effective support networks are crucial in delivering disability support and is dedicated to helping develop them.
Holding a Bachelor of Human Services, Kristin combines academic excellence with practical expertise. She is committed to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally aware practice, with a proven track record in innovation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Her staunch belief in genuine community inclusion and access to support ensures her work creates a lasting social impact, both for participants and the disability sector as a whole.
