Kenny Cullinane

Specialist Support Coordinator | Shared Support Navigator

Kenny is a participant-focused Support Coordination and operations leader with over 15 years’ experience across disability, aged care, and community services, including work within larger multi-site organisations.
He supports participants and families to navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence, translating goals into practical, sustainable supports. Kenny brings extensive experience across complex needs, with a strong specialty in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) environments—particularly where housing, provider coordination, behavioural support, and safeguarding responsibilities intersect.
Kenny is known for his calm, structured approach, especially when participants or families are experiencing service gaps, provider instability, housing uncertainty, or escalating risk. He works closely with participants to strengthen choice and control, build consistent support teams, and ensure services remain aligned with individual goals, funding, and safety needs.
Kenny also brings strong personal insight into the NDIS through lived experience, with siblings who are NDIS participants. This perspective strengthens his commitment to respectful, outcomes-driven practice and a grounded understanding of the pressures families often manage behind the scenes.
Kenny has worked across a range of organisations and service models, which gives him a practical understanding of how different providers operate. He uses this experience to support participants and families with realistic options, clear communication, and steady follow-through—so supports stay consistent, and people feel heard, informed, and in control of their journey.
