Dailen is a Disability Support Worker who brings calm, consistency, and genuine care to the people he supports. With experience assisting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to live more independently and safely within their communities, he combines practical daily support with emotional awareness and encouragement.

His background in early childhood education has strengthened his ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and respond to individual needs across different ages and stages. Having worked across multiple education settings supporting children from newborn to five years, Dailen developed strong skills in structure, patience, and positive engagement.

Dailen is approachable, organised, and solutions-focused. He is known for being a quick learner who exceeds expectations and remains flexible in changing environments. His communication skills are further supported by his knowledge of Auslan, allowing him to connect inclusively with members of the Deaf community.

Committed to professional standards, Dailen holds current First Aid and CPR certification, along with a Blue Card, Yellow Card, and Open Driver’s Licence.

At the centre of Dailen’s practice is respect, reliability, and helping participants build confidence through consistent, person-centred support.
