Celeste brings a calm, grounded, and deeply relational approach to her work, with extensive experience supporting individuals, children, and families navigating complex and high-risk systems. With a strong background across child protection, youth justice, family support, and crisis response, Celeste is highly skilled in working alongside people during times of significant change and vulnerability.

Celeste has held senior case management and after-hours on-call roles within large community organisations, where she supported clients with complex needs including trauma, domestic and family violence, self-harm, substance use, and system involvement. She is confident managing critical incidents, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and advocating strongly to ensure client safety, dignity, and choice remain central.

Her practice is informed by therapeutic frameworks including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Sanctuary, and Circle of Security, and she holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Celeste is also a registered member of the Australian Community Workers Association.

Known for her thoughtful communication style and ability to build trust quickly, Celeste values collaborative, strengths-based practice and works closely with participants, families, and providers to create practical, sustainable support pathways that genuinely reflect each person’s goals.
